ROBERT EGAN, CEO: Robert Egan most recently served as head of production for FilmQuest Pictures, whose company credits include Digital Dream, Final Approach, and Safe House the critically acclaimed thriller starring Patrick Stewart and Kimberly Williams. Last summer Robert Egan was one of the lead producers on the comedy "I-SEE-YOU.COM" starring Beau Bridges, Rosanna Arquette, Hector Elizondo, and Doris Roberts. Before arriving in Los Angeles Mr. Egan produced a local comedy skit show in Boston called ‘The Men’s Room’, while working on several independent films. Robert also served as President of Eastern Petroleum, an extremely successful independent gasoline distribution company in Southern Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with degrees in Psychology, Mass Communication, and Theatre Arts.

JOHN E WATERMAN - President: John Waterman most recently served as President of Odd Man Out Productions, a production company catering to the film, broadcast, and cable markets.  Focused on writing and producing, John specializes in using his sharp interpersonal and business skills to create high-quality content with minimal financing complying with tight deadlines.  Notable projects include a feature film, Boston Girls, currently in post-production which was directed by Gabriel Bologna, No Loose Ends, starring Robert Miano; and a documentary filmed during a one-year road trip across America featuring more than 100 talented glass artists
 
John has been exercising his creative talents and entrepreneurial spirit since he was a young child writing ad copy for his father’s graphic design agency.  He used his early-developed skills to launch two newspapers by the time he was in high school.  His expertise in this area secured him a job in Europe producing live entertainment and was also responsible for all the Marketing and Advertising, as well as full P&L.
 
For four years, he was CFO of CMG Communications, a boutique ad agency in New York with such high-profile clients as Virgin Airlines, Johnny Walker, and Trump Tower.  There, he held full P&L responsibility for the firm’s $55 million annual revenues and negotiated contracts with media vendors worth in excess of $45 million. 

John graduated Cum Laude in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism from UMass, Amherst.  While there on a full academic scholarship, he was an active member in Alpha Zeta (a service fraternity) and the Lions Club.  John received his MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 1997.  While at Tulane, he was selected by the US Department of Energy to spearhead a feasibility study on exporting US Clean Coal Technology to China, requiring him to live in Beijing.  He also held memberships in the Tulane Entrepreneurs Association, Tulane International Business Society, and the Freeman Consulting Group.
 
When not working, John enjoys spending his time traveling, scuba diving, and honing his glass blowing skills.

BRIAN MCNAMARA - Director/Producer: From first being noticed in his reoccurring role as Michael Endicott on St. Elsewhere, to his most current leading role as Michael Holden on Lifetimes’ number one hit series Army Wives, Brian McNamara has had a long and successful track record in both the TV and movie industries. His feature film credits include Caddy Shack 2, Arachnophobia, and Twentieth Century Fox’s Paparazzi. Brian was nominated for a Golden Globe in 1988 for his performance in Billionaire Boys Club. Mr. McNamara directed the Lionsgate thriller Dead of Winter in 2008, after co-directing You Got Nothin in 2002. Brian is directing his first TV Pilot in October of this year.

GRAHAM SILVER - VP Production: Graham Silver has been involved in the Production for the past 12 years in San Diego, Ca where he has helped facilitate and coordinate event production for Corporate events involving music, Lights and Video. Graham's passion for the process led him to Los Angeles, where 3 years ago he was recruited to be a part of Filmquest Pictures, where his professional talents where quickly put to use. Graham has since moved onto being a part of Pathway Entertainment, where his people and production skills have created a valuable asset for all of those Graham works with. Graham's ambitions in the industry are to raise the standards of film making while having fun, with the hope of an outcome of complete satisfaction and enjoyment.

RICHARD McHUGH - Composer/Co-Producer: New York City's own Rich McHugh was exposed at an early age to an incredible array of jazz legends inspiring him to pursue the world of drumming.  In addition to being a studio drummer for TV commercials such as McDonald's, Chevy, Borden's and Budweiser, Rich also played record dates and Broadway shows such as A Chorus Line.  Rich has played with jazz luminaries such as Ron Carter, Randy and Michael Brecker, Kenny Kirkland, Marcus Miller, Anthony Jackson, Will Lee, Russell George, and many others.

Rich has toured worldwide with James Brown and Silver Convention. After moving to Los Angeles, Rich continued performing in TV and Movies while playing with the likes of Victor Feldman, Robben Ford, Richard Elliot, Rev Dave Koz, Abe Laboriel, the Porcaro brothers, Speedo and the Cadillacs, and Charlie Haden.

In addition to jazz drumming, Mr. McHugh is also an accomplished classical composer, orchestrator and arranger. His TV credits include titles such as Bratz and Jake 2.0 while his movie credits include Epoch, Dragon Storm, Lost Voyage, just to name a few.

Rich Studied Music at The Julliard School, Manhattan School, Rhode Island School, North Carolina School of the arts /M.A. Composition.

MIRELA GIRARDI VP Business Affairs : Ms. Girardi has been a part of Pathway from the time it was just an idea, as she frequently had lunch listening to Robert Egan’s dream of building a production company that would use technology, talent and creativity to make studio-quality entertainment at independent film cost.  

Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Girardi worked at FilmQuest Pictures Corporation, where her main area of responsibility was Business Affairs.  It was her first foray into the entertainment industry, and she was blessed to work with some of the most resourceful producers in the business, with a winning “can-do” attitude that made this a most valuable work and life experience.  While at FilmQuest, Ms. Girardi served as a producer in “I-See-You.Com,” a full-length feature film starring Beau Bridges and Rosanna Arquette. 

For seven years, Ms. Girardi worked at an investment bank specializing in transactions involving Latin America.  She also served as Compliance Officer and General Financial Principal for the New York-based broker-dealer Pactual Capital Corporation.

Ms. Girardi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/International Relations from the London School of Economics (University of London), and a Certificate in International Business and Finance from the New York University.
